Lori is a former member of the U.S Women's National Team with her most notable accomplishments representing the team during the 2011 World Cup and the 2012 Olympic Games in London. Dustin Williams
Dustin is the Owner and Head Coach for Precision Fitness. He has been involved in the fitness world for over eleven years. He began training prior to going to Northeastern State University, where he received a bachelor’s degree in Finance. After he graduated and began work in the corporate setting, Dustin lost focus on health and wellness which in turn caused him to gain 40+ pounds. He realized he not only needed to change his habits, but that he also couldn’t imagine not helping others to do the same. He went back to school and became an NSCA Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist. Now he has lost 50 pounds and continues to focus on his nutritional education and knowledge. 
He has attended one of the most prestigious boot camp training sessions in Las Vegas, and has also trained with 4X Mr. Olympia, Jay Cutler. Dustin has currently been training clients full-time for over 9 years. He has also been studying functional neurology for the last 4 1/2 years. He believed that looking at the body from purely a bio-mechanical standpoint was making him miss the big picture with what clients truly needed. He believes this will give him a more complete system to help people "take the brakes" off of their nervous system in order to perform better and eliminate pain.

Jen Brickey
Jen has been in the fitness industry for more than 13 years and is the owner and head coach at Fusion Workouts, a kettlebell training facility in Newtonville, Mass
Throughout her career Jen has held numerous certifications including NSCA-CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist), NASM-CPT (Certified Personal Trainer),CK-FMS (Certified Kettlebell - Functional Movement Specialist), RKC (Russian Kettlebell Challenge), StrongFirst, FMS 1 and 2 (Functional Movement Specialist).
Jen has a bachelor of science in exercises physiology from Hofstra University where she attended on a full basketball scholarship.
Dr. Karen Pendleton
Dr. Pendleton is the founder/CEO of the concierge medical practice Pair O’ Docs Bio-Rejuvenis in Shreveport, Louisiana. She has an extensive experience as a physician specializing in Lifestyle Medicine and Ophthalmology. Dr. Pendleton earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from Tulane University School of Medicine, and completed her Ophthalmology Residency and Fellowship training in Cornea and Refractive Surgery at the LSU Eye Center. She currently has earned continuing medical education from Tulane’s Goldring Center for Culinary Medicine and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. 
Within her current Lifestyle Medicine practice, she concentrates on the management of metabolic and hormonal imbalances; correction of nutritional deficits; and tailoring of exercise physiology to develop personalized strategies for her patients to live long, youthful lives.

Dr. Pendleton believes healthy living can be simple and fun, so she enjoys a wide variety of athletic activities including yoga, running, Zumba/ReFit and extreme hula hooping. Shelby Turcotte
Shelby is the owner of Shelby Trained - he's a performance coach and trainer located in Yarmouth, Maine. Rob Yontz
I am 54 years old and in my “3rd” career. I love what I do now and with whom I am doing it. I have always been an academic and an athlete, but have been in and out of shape many times –so I know what each “feels like” in regards to movement, mindset and performance.

I am a Va Tech “Hokie” (to your UVa Cavalier) where I studied Electrical Engineering and statistics between 1980-1984. Out of Tech I went into the US NAVY for 6 years. Upon leaving the Navy I went to work for ARCO Products Co at their LA Refinery and then on Commonwealth Aluminum in Kentucky as a Reliability Engineer.
Engineering gave me the arena to use my skills and love for math and science while Reliability allowed me to channel these aspects in the area of optimization and durability – words and a focus that I use for my “drive” to this day; just in the arena of human movement and performance science. I am Co-founder and Co-owner of True North Fitness and Health, est 2003 with my wife Shannon. We are located in Ventura, CA. My zest for academics and continuous improvement has led to my >20 certifications and double that professional development courses. A few of which are: Master Personal Trainer, FMS Level 1, Spartan Level 2 Coach (w/ distinction), Spartan Obstacle Specialist, Online Personal Trainer, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Adventure Fitness Trainer, Functional Movement and Biomechanics Specialist, Senior Fitness Specialist, Heart Rate Variability Specialist, Heart Rate Performance Specialist…. Fred Zoller
Husband. Father. Coach. Entrepreneur. Writer (a little). As I am thinking about writing this commentary about myself, I realize my life has changed tremendously over the last 4 years. Actually…I have never been known to move slowly at anything. This may be the main reason that I am in the fitness business to begin with, my type A personality. I like to be precise and move fast.

With that said, my wife and I have had 5 children in 4 years (total of 6 beautiful children) while leaving the big box gym in my community to open my own training facility and in less than 4 years becoming one of the most successful facilities in my surrounding cities. 
I have been training continuously for over 15 years although through these years there have been many times that I questioned my profession. I didn’t realize until later that my passion was fitness but even more than that, helping people become the best they can be despite any odds or limitations. I guess that became evident when I was the top sales rep among trainers in every club I ever worked for. I was also trainer of the year at every club I ever worked for as well.

There is one difference. Today, I call my staff and myself coaches. Most people think that in order to be called a coach, you have to coach a sports team. I call myself a coach for many reasons but the main reason is that I am super passionate about helping other trainers become coaches, improving their businesses and drastically impacting the lives we come into contact with. 

Where I am Today 

I have owned my own training facility called “LEAN Performance Academy” for almost 3 years now. In those 3 years, I have consumed almost every solid resource I could manage including books, DVDs, seminars, mentorships, independent study courses, and products from every major name in the fitness industry. I feel like this was the greatest opportunity to learn from the best. This is not including and the business coaching I have done in the process. 

Since I’ve completed 3 business-coaching courses myself and in the middle of my fourth, I quickly realized that I also had a passion for coaching other fitness professionals. I have had great success at the lower level (coaching clients) and slowly begin to coach other trainers in the clubs I worked in. 

When I realized there was a gap in getting certified as a “personal trainer” and becoming a successful “coach” I wanted to fill the gap. I mentored trainers in most of the clubs I worked in but one particular club; I became the lead trainer and developer of the training curriculum for the entire staff. This is when I realized I needed to go out on my own to begin my journey as a fitness business owner and coach mentor as I was being mentored simultaneously. 

My experience seems short but it has been very impactful to my coaching staff and everyone around me. 

Today, I am moving in the direction of not only coaching my personal clients but my staff of coaches and other coaches whether they own their own fitness business or just beginning in the business working out of a big box club. I am in the process of building my ideal business to create freedom for my family and my life and I would love to help you on this journey as well.
